MWM partnered with Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines to build an operational brand system for CIBC SQUARE—two transformative buildings redefining the Toronto skyline. Through comprehensive brand strategy and brand system development, including messaging, collateral, and website development, we helped position CIBC SQUARE as a premier people-first development in North America. The new website launched in April 2021 and the first tenants are expected to move into 81 Bay Street tower in early Fall 2021.
